The rental fee for 2025 is $2,000 and if you book our venue for the 2026 year by June 2025 our rental fee will be $3,000 for the weekend, which includes the top floor of the venue with seating for approximately 300 guests. This also grants access to the green space east of the barn, as well as a variety of decorative items such as lights, barrels, a wagon table, and other wedding essentials.

We’ll have a large industrial kitchen ready by spring, featuring a three-basin sink, two refrigerators, two stoves, and a spacious working island. The venue spans about 6,000 square feet on a single level, with plenty of parking for vehicles and RVs. Additionally, we’ve recently installed a lift at the north end of the barn, making it accessible for individuals using wheelchairs, walkers, and those who may have difficulty with stairs.

The rental includes three days: one for setup, the wedding day, and one for takedown. Please note that you'll need to provide event liability insurance, a liquor license, and a damage deposit.
